Jason Myers, Director of Marketing, SALES ENGINE INTERNATIONAL, started his career in high tech marketing when press releases were actually created for press, and marketing’s job was branding and positioning. In 2005, he started a Magazine called Texas CEO, and realizing the decline in advertising revenues, he developed new revenue models from events such as roundtables that gave sponsors access to their target audience. From a public relations and custom publishing background, Jason easily became a content marketing expert by shifting what worked in the old models to the internet. At Sales Engine, Jason changed the sales process to be more consultative and has recently taken over marketing to drive top of the funnel initiatives.
